1 General Terms & Conditions

X360 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to the x360 website, mobile platform, and all related services.

It is each user's responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions. Accessing the platform or creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on x360, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
  • All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
  • Each individual may hold only one account.
  • X360 may not be used from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • You may not authorize a third party to manage your account on your behalf.

Identity Verification (KYC)

X360 may request any of the following documents for identity verification at any time: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Mobile banking screenshots may also be required for payment verification. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until the required documents are submitted.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

X360 supports deposits and withdrawals via all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from x360 are subject to the terms below. Each offer carries its own wagering requirements and validity period.

  • Welcome Bonus: New members receive a percentage-based bonus on their first deposit. A specified wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Reload Bonus: Weekly and monthly reload bonuses are subject to their own validity periods and terms.
  • Free Spins: Free spin winnings are generally credited as bonus balance up to a specified cap.

5 Gaming Rules

General Gaming Terms

  • All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, x360 will review the round records and make a final determination.
  • Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out feature remains available.
  • X360 reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error on the part of the game provider.

Sports Betting Special Rules

  • Odds fluctuating during in-play betting after a match has started is normal.
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining odds are recalculated accordingly.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x360. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the bonus system to obtain bonuses through dishonest means.
  • Placing bets on sports events using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
  • Chargebacks, refund fraud, or credit card scams.
  • Using automated bots or software to conduct gameplay or betting.
  • Attempting to hack, crack, or make unauthorised modifications to the platform's software.
  • Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.

Warning: Involvement in any of the activities listed above may result in permanent account closure as well as legal action.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

X360 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Where evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
  • If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).
  • As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

To close your account, submit a request to support@x360.im. We recommend withdrawing any remaining eligible balance before closure.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly inactivity fee, which will never exceed the total available balance.
